Heart beat observation is a rehearsal for life, the way we’d like to live it. We can connect with the feelings that we’d like to create in our life. Bonding with the heart can help us expressing our true intentions from the center of our being, rather than from conditioned sources. Entering a meditative state can help us also handling stress and give us the ability to self-regulate the body and the emotions.

Rather than being specific with your new cycle intentions and seeking exact scenarios, try to think about how you want to feel ✨

How do you want to feel when you wake up every morning? 😊☀️

Make a list of three emotions that you would like to experience, then find ways to bring those sensations into your daily routine, even just for a small time. Notice when these feelings arise naturally in you. Thank them, show respect and gratitude to them, and watch how they multiply in your life.

In order to create this space in you to find your feeling intentions, you can practice the following #newmoonritual after your evening shower: 

take some time before sleeping and massage some almond oil mixed with damask rose and gentian essential oil, on the heart chakra 🌹
Close your eyes, immerse yourself in the scent, connect with the breath and feel your heart as it pulses like an inexhaustible source of desire and expansion (((❤️)))

Un laboratorio per approfondire la conoscenza e gl Un laboratorio per approfondire la conoscenza e gli allineamenti energetici delle principali posizioni dello yoga. 
In questo incontro andremmo a lavorare sulle YOGA INVERSIONS. 
Le inversioni nello yoga , lavorano sulla nostra paura (di cadere, di fallire, di ‘spezzarci’…) e sul cambio di prospettiva. 
Prima di tutto, impareremo a cadere. Poi falliremo. Tante volte. Finché smetteremo di averne paura. E per non spezzarci, costruiremo l’accesso alle posizioni a partire dalle fondamenta, capiremo gli allineamenti energetici principali e lavoreremo con dei ‘drills’, specifici esercizi di preparazione alla posizione da ripetere per costruire la nuova memoria muscolare. 
Utilizzeremo gli yoga props con approcci mirati e strutturati sulle esigenze della singola persona. Torneremo a casa con tanti esercizi e la consapevolezza di voler migliorare la nostra pratica giorno per giorno. 
Lavoreremo principalmente su Sirsasana, la verticale sulla testa (e le sue varianti) e per chi vorrà approcciarla, su Pincha Mayurasana, la verticale sugli avambracci.

RESCUE REMEDY FOR WHEN YOU’RE FEELING OVERWHELME RESCUE REMEDY FOR WHEN YOU’RE FEELING OVERWHELMED (I wish I knew this before) 😵‍💫

Ever wondered how your gut feelings manage to alert your brain when things aren’t right? Or how the worries swirling around inside your head can slow your digestion or make your heart race? Messages between your gut and brain are constantly traveling up and down your body’s information superhighway, your vagus nerve.

Learning how to massage your vagus nerve—the longest cranial nerve stretching from your brain stem through your belly and down to your colon—can help calm your parasympathetic nervous system, lower cortisol levels and inflammation, soothe tension and anxiety plus improve your immunity, digestion and mood.

There are many simple ways to activate your vagus nerve every day. Whichever method you use, the aim is to slow your breathing. This stimulates your relaxation response and signals to your parasympathetic nervous system that you are safe.

Humming or singing to yourself (even quietly) creates vibrations that massage the section of vagus nerve near your vocal chords.
Chanting OM during yoga also creates vibrations in your throat that are soothing to your nervous system.
You can slow your breathing down—ideally to about six deep breathes a minute—during meditation and mindfulness practices.

‘You are here to feel all your emotions, not to ‘You are here to feel all your emotions, not to be perfect sweet child of mine’ this sentence came to me yesterday as I was sitting and breathing and crying in my Full Moon in Cancer morning meditation 👁️🌕👁️

Are we really sure we know what we are feeling? Are we really sure those butterflies in the stomach are called love? What is the bite of fear trying to teach us? Maybe pain, envy, jealousy or any other emotion we deny or judge as ‘bad’ is there to deliver a message. Like any other ‘good’ emotion. Maybe we can decipher that message by tapping into the emotion and letting it be seen and experienced, without rejecting or labeling it as good or bad. At that point we can see that the same emotional state flows and transforms into something else.
Get curious of your own emotional process lovers ❤️‍🩹

This is just a little meditation you can experience to try to feel more in order to heal more ❤️

Sun is at the lowest point of its power - we have the least amount of daylight hours - depending on where we are in the world, this can be more or less dramatic 😅

Why societies through time, space and history have found some time to gather together in these special days? 

This long period of darkness that we’re experiencing, is an invitation from the Earth, from the Sun, from the Universe, for us to go within, to take the time to rest, to retreat, but also to celebrate, to gather - as humans we tend not to love the darkness - if you think of our ancestors it must have been a very scary time of the year !

So we are asked to energetically, metaphorically and physically bring light to the darkness by lighting candles, cooking delicious food and gathering together to celebrate being alive and exchange gifts, hopes and nice thoughts 💝

May you fill yourself with light, as you gaze into the vastness of the dark behind your eyes 👁️☀️👁️

Esploreremo il passaggio dal Guerriero 1 al Guerriero 3, la posizione del Guerriero 2 e Ardha Chandrasana, la mezza luna.

Torneremo a casa con tanti esercizi per consolidare la memoria muscolare e la consapevolezza di voler migliorare la nostra pratica giorno per giorno.

Allow the dark night sky to be your container for rebirth. Allow it to be an opportunity to press the reset button on your life.

Resetting often involves consciously choosing to do things differently. It involves establishing new habits, dealing with things differently and telling yourself a new story. Take all the pain and struggles of the past and use them as fuel to rewrite your happy ending.

I borrow from @robbrezsny the following advice he gave to the sign of pisces for this astrological week and I encourage you to repeat it as a mantra while envisioning your intentions in motion for the new cycle ahead: ‘I am mobilizing all the energy and ingenuity and connections I have at my disposal so as to accomplish the following goal __________
